Oakland Athletics 5
The Cleveland Indians were only able to score one run today as the Indians fall to the Athletics 5-1 at the Coliseum. Masterson was not on his game again and gave up 4 in the loss. The Indians bats were cold in today's loss and could not find a rhythm. The Indians are in third place in the AL Central.
Next game is against the Royals at Progressive field at 7:05

The Indians stared off quick by putting up one run with Hafner hitting a grounder to score Kipnis. Then Kipnis singled to center to score Donald to put the Indians to 2-0. Oakland scored to put the lead to one then in the eighth Kipnis tripled home 2 runs, then scored on a wild pitch. It was an exciting game for The Indians and they are in second place in the AL central.

Last night's game was a close game but decided by walks. The Indians walked 7 batters while the Athletics walked 9. It was decided on how they can get the bat on the ball. Cespedes shown that he was born to play baseball going 3 for 4 for the A's and driving in 2 of those runs. But the Indians came through with the clutch hitting to put them to the victory. The Indians Bullpen is stellar still by just giving up one run on this west coast road trip.
